Xtract Services provides professional car detailing in Nashville, TN, offering mobile and in-shop services including but not limited to: exterior washes, interior detailing, ceramic coatings, paint correction, and more.

2. Booking & Payments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or direct contact. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment platforms.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure vehicle access and availability at the scheduled time. Please remove all valuables and personal items prior to service. Xtract Services is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.

4. Refund Policy

If you’re dissatisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours. At our discretion, we may offer a re-clean or partial refund. Full refunds are only issued if the service was not delivered due to an error on our part.

Mobile detailing is available within a 20-mile radius of Nashville, TN. Appointments beyond this area may incur a travel fee or be declined. Please verify service coverage at the time of booking.

8. Weather Policy

Mobile detailing services are weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather:

• We may reschedule your appointment.
• You may opt for an in-shop service or choose a covered location.

We’ll notify you as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
